ELM Locksmith intalled security gates on the outside of our windows on our condo in Williamsburg. They did a SUPERB job. They came out to take careful measurements, and arrived promptly in the appointment window as promised. They were meticulous, explaining our options and the process, and they kept us updated every step of the way. When the gates arrived from the manufacturer and were the wrong color, they notified me immediately and returned them for a quick correction. The installation was done professionally and quickly. The two installers paid close attention to small details, like sweeping the masonry dust that accumulated from the drilling from our window ledges. I HIGHLY recommend ELM for any project!
